Myron from Fallout 2. He's hilarious to talk to if you're female or a low-intel character. I did a better job than this when I first put it through photoshop, but I lost it (DURR HURR) and lost interest putting it through the 2nd time.

You meet Myron in New Reno. He's the drug creator and pretty much uses it to get on with the Mordino family.
