Thanks for not forgetting about your blog for other social media stuff as it is always great to visit and see new stuff. Keep at it, I keep my blog running alongside my other social media stuff as well, Blogger may be an old dinosaur in comparison to other social media, but it is where It all started for me and would hate to leave it all to die :)
Personally I think it's important to keep a blog alongside any social media. For artists especially, it's a good way to show your art more professionally to potential employers/clients and a really good way to keep track of your progress. Looking back through my blog way back to 2009, it's amazing how much I think I've improved - not just as an artist but as a person. I'm more mature about wanting to be the best artist I can be and have learned so much about who I am!
I'll never leave my blog die either :) It's a bit like my online home!
