2013 is here. Let the concepting and travelling begin! Here is something I thought I'd share from my sketchbook. A dragon-esque character mixed with some type of bird. You can create some pretty wacky characters if you look at different animals and mix their aesthetics.
Very cool drawing. It is great to see that you exclusively draw in traditional media for a lot of your work, something which I have not done in years.

Thanks Mike :) Yeah I tend to draw a lot more in traditional media to be honest. You can learn a great deal through digital art, but if you arnet grounded in traditional art skills also then it can be quite tough as I believe they complement eachother!
